My name is Surabhi. I was born in Delhi and brought up in various states across the country by the virtue of my father being an army officer. Changed 7 schools during posting and passed out from APS in Delhi.It feels like a blessing to have lived and adjusted with so many people coming from different cultural backgrounds.

Post schooling I did my graduation BBA and Post Graduation MBA (HR) from IP University Delhi.

Started my career as a payroll executive I have a thorough understanding of tax laws and salary calculations post which I switched my job to core HR as HR Generalist in one of the top Japanese MNC. As youngest employee of the company and sole HR for 100 employees PAN India I single-handedly took care of all the verticals of HR be it hiring,salary negotiation, induction, trainings,salary, full and final settlement, PF, Tax and day to dayHR related issues. As my company was going through a merger I have been a part of policy changes and communicating the same to employees. Being one of the most efficient employees I was awarded with best employee title as well.

After having worked for 5 years I got married to the love of my life who dawns the olive green himself. Have been happily packing and moving to different stations with him. I also have a Son who is 18 months old now. In order to enhance my educational qualifications I have done B.Ed and now am a certified Parent Coach. Being an army officer’s wife it has been my endeavour to contribute my bit to the organisation by actively participating in various events by anchoring,event managements. Most importantly I have been a patient listener to anyone in distress.
