As a trainer and facilitator, she tries to really understand the problems as experienced by her Client-stakeholders and then enjoys designing simple and practical solutions for them.
She has been involved with the development of the student fraternity in several parts of Maharashtra. Her reputation for being a popular and effective Trainer and facilitator in the colleges that she has taken up teaching assignments is matched by her zeal to ensure a certain holistic discipline. Many a time, her competence as a thoughtful administrator and a vigilant systems thinker has helped the institutions she is teaching in.
An avid learner, Sunila is currently pursuing her dream of taking her work to organizations that need to develop a vision for the gentle, for slowing down to go further, to foster listening and dialogue, renew focus on the customer and bring back joy at work.
