He is one of the National Master Trainers of Sports Authority of India.He has trained more than 18000 teachers,4200 PETs, and 600 Principal at the age of 38. He has got 210 hours of virtual training experience.He has presented papers in 37 national and international conferences,seminars,educational summits. He has been honored with several national and international awards with gold medals for his commendable work in the field of education. Currently he is engaged in a research work on Constructivism and experiential learning in the tribal areas of India.
