Apart from being a Parenting Coach, I am also a certified Life Coach and a certified NLP Coach Practitioner, both accredited by the International Coach Federation. I am an ex-army officer, with stints in various MNCs at senior positions, mostly in the role of People Management.
My own parenting journey has enabled me to develop my skills and I have complete confidence that my approach to effective parenting would work for all parents who would want to raise their children better. I would offer an alternative perspective about family dynamics, provide strategies to shift behavior, and help you achieve your parenting goals.
I am the Founder of DreamKacher and I am on a mission to help parents build positive connections with themselves and their children.

I, Lt Col Vijay Bhagoliwal (Retd), served in the Indian Army for the better part of my life. The army made me travel the length and breadth of the country and experience our country’s rich culture first hand.
On completion of my service, I worked with 3 MNCs, mostly in senior People’s Management roles. I developed an interest in coaching and began this new journey of helping people to discover their inner strengths and achieve their goals. After my numerous coaching sessions, I realised that a large number of young parents were in need of parental coaching, thus, I decided to make this my niche.
I quit my job and started Coaching full-time, concentrating on Parenting, it being the need of the hour.
Hobbies and Interests
My hobbies include playing outdoor games, photography, gardening and cooking.
Any music which makes the heart feel good, is good music. Depending on the mood at that moment, I love to listen to songs of Kishore Kumar, ghazals by Jagjit Singh, or rock music by Pink Floyd, Scorpions, Dire Straits, Doors etc.
Don’t watch much TV, other than sports!
