Over the years, I have successfully conducted numerous workshops on parenting and understanding children’s needs. Through these workshops, I have guided parents in connecting with their children emotionally by providing them with a deeper understanding of child psychology. This experience has honed my ability to communicate complex psychological concepts in a relatable and practical manner.

As a part of First Cry as a child psychologist has added a lot of value towards my career.

As a panellist for the National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM) and Complan during the pandemic on the importance of socialisation, its effects in behaviour and emotions of children and towards mental well being of children respectively helped me to gain more knowledge by capturing my skills.

My role as a parent has further deepened my empathy and understanding of the challenges families face. By combining my personal and professional experiences, I offer a unique blend of expertise and compassion that helps me build strong relationships with both children and their parents.
