Ravalnath Pednekar is a Fabrication & Erection Engineer who has worked in Shipbuilding Industry for 28 year. Last worked as Deputy General Manager in a renowned shipbuilding company in Goa.
With a vast experience of dealing with people all these years, he sensed there exists some misunderstandings between the parents and the child in many ways. He felt that there has to be some way to strengthen the relationship between the parents and the child.
Keeping the same in mind, he got himself certified as a DMIT Consultant & a Counselor. And after successfully serving the society he eventually became a Certified Parenting Coach by DEEP- Developmental Encouraging & Effective Parenting.
He has successfully trained more than 200 parents & besides, he is also a certified Mind Trainer associated with Brain Infinity.
