Thomas is married to Vivi who is blessed with three children who are 16, 11 & 8. Both Vivi and Thomas have helped a particular group of people in Nilgiris, India at various levels of leadership in the NGO sector for 14 years.  They live in Chennai with their three kids. 

He always believed if kids are brought up in the right way by their parents with the right perspective in a family, then we can change this society by producing “great & valuable kids” to transform a future generation. 

Thomas has invested in hundreds of young people whose lives have been transformed and had found their PURPOSE, building confidence and having seen value in life. Vivi Thomas is a nurse by profession, who is also specialized in coaching children with a holistic approach to Metaphor Coaching.

Many young adults have been living a strong married life from pre-marital and post-marital counseling.  Quite a number of marriage conflicts have been resolved with the help of both Thomas and Vivi’s counseling and coaching. Thomas also does career coaching for young professionals helping them find their purpose in life with goal setting and discover the potential within. He has been helping them find values, preparing them to face life’s most difficult situations.

Their son Jeshurun who is good at playing musical instruments aspires to become an ethical Psychologist, while 1st daughter Jerusha who is good with Charity helping people wants to become an author while the other daughter Joanna wants to become one of the best Baker and loves gymnastics.

For over 14 years, Thomas is involved in Mentoring & Leadership Training in Nilgiris, South India. He is also involved in counseling youth and married couples close to 18 years.

Thomas also helps young professionals with behavioral assessment styles using data-driven Coaching and facilitates workshops with Team Building activities.
